RRX Large Ergonomic Removal Tools

RUSSTECH large contact Insertion and Removal tools are designed to ease the insertion or removal of large gage #8, #4 and #0 size rear release Mil-C-5015 contacts. The tools feature a fixed and moveable, locking jaw design. Once the tool is closed on the contact, the sliding jaw auto-locks in place, simplifying the manipulation of these cumbersome contacts. Operation is safe, comfortable and intuitive. Like all RUSSTECH tools, they are robust and made from the highest quality materials. Equivalent to MIL-I-81969/15.

RUSSTECH introduces a true revolution to the process of inserting contacts. The RTPIT ™ Positive Insertion Tool incorporates our patented mechanism that trips when the contact is fully seated. The RRBX-16S Ergonomic Removal Tool is used for the removal of wired or unwired contacts from front release relay base connectors. The Russtech RXT-16-20 Removal Tool is used for the removal of wired contacts that use front release contacts. The RXT is a double ended, reversible tool for the removal of #16 and #20 contacts. By removing the handle from one end and placing it on the other end of the tool a different size contact can be removed. A simple and innovative design. RUSSTECH Ergonomic Removal Tools (RFXP-XX) are used for the removal of wired contacts from front release connectors. The RFXP is a single action tool that does not require the additional manipulation of a “slider” to remove the contact. RRX & RIT Ergonomic Rear Release Insertion and Removal Tools

The RUSSTECH Ergonomic Rear Release RIT (Insertion) and RRX (Removal) tools are used for the insertion and removal of rear release crimp-type contacts in the most popular sizes. Both tools feature a unique patented design with one fixed, and one moveable spring-loaded sliding jaw that once closed around the contact wire, is securely in place. The RIT insertion tool is designed with a stepped jaw feature that ensures a minimum 50% of the latching clip will engage the contact being installed. Both Tools feature a color-coded, ergonomic handle specifically designed to give hours of comfortable use and feature a non-slip wire rest on the handle for secure contact insertion or removal. RTCG Coax Gages and Gage Kits

RUSSTECH RTCG™ Coax Gages give a quick and positive visual “GO”, “NO GO” status indication of a Coax center contact. RTCG gages check the length of the center contact to assure it is in proper position for electrical engagement. RTCG gages are designed in accordance with military specification MIL-C-39012 covering “C” series, “TNC/BNC” series, “N” series and "SMA" series crimp type coax connector reference plane dimensions. RTCG gages are designed with a “GO” tolerance ring surrounded on either side by a red “NO GO” indicating area, giving a quick visual indication as to status of the center contact. Quick and Easy to use.

To use the RTCG ™ Coax Gage, simply place the gaging surface into the connector to be checked. If the tolerance ring shows at the indicating surface,( FIG. 2) the center conductor is in the correct position. If "Red" shows at the indicating surface, the center conductor is not in the correct position (FIG.1 OR FIG. 3).
